Join us at Lana June Health studio for a night of spiritual self-care. Sip into a tea leaf fortune with locally known medium Christiana as she practices the ancient tasseography. Readings can be done individually or in a group setting while others ease into a hot sweat detox in the traditional hot sauna. Usually, after 15 minutes in the sauna, a dip in the cold plunge brings a rush of energy and dopamine. It is best to try the flower-infused, moonlit cold plunge.
There will be some light refreshments, tea, and mulled wine to celebrate the coming of fall.
