Pilates with Lana is wonderful! Her mat classes and work on the reformer machine have helped me get stronger, gain flexibility and give me better posture and a better sense of well-being. Her unique understanding of the human body allows her to expertly guide the class through a series of movements that stabilize and strengthen your core and lengthen muscles. Following a recent shoulder injury, she gave me many modifications and techniques that have improved my mobility. Lana not only alleviates the knots and soreness you think you have but somehow has a magic way of finding all the trouble spots you didn't even know existed.
