​​This R&R retreat has been built for
busy women who are always
doing the work and need a weekend to
rest and rejuvenate in the
beautiful mountains of Colorado.
​
Lana is a hot spring aficionado who enjoys and wants to share some of
the best healing waters in Colorado with those who need a break.
Get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on
refilling your cup by resting outdoors and getting some me time.
Of course, there will be some movement medicine with
Lymphatic facial sculpting massage class and a
Pilates Mat Class in the conference cabin.
This is a gathering for everyone to feel included, and celebrated while relaxing.
Private rooms are great here for the mindfulness to rest after your spa session and hot springs journey

Welcome Ceremony with ​Debbie Cassidy
She will be welcoming us with a
Peruvian Quero shaman prayer and
a singing bowl chakra meditation.
Debbie studied with Deepak Chopra, who is internationally recognized as a medical doctor in endocrinology and as an integrative medicine, holistic healer, and spiritual leader. Besides classes in Ayurveda, meditation, and yoga, she offers retreats and other classes designed to assist one to discover or re-discover their inner light. She is currently studying for her certification as a naturopathy practitioner. She is a fourth-level-initiated shaman in the Peruvian Q’uero tradition. A few things Debbie does as a shaman is being a spiritual guide that can assist with physical and emotional issues, communicate with spirits and ancestors, and lead sacred ceremonies, and performs various types of energy work.

Luxury king rooms located directly on Chalk Creek, a beautiful and serene setting. Rooms feature kitchenettes (no oven), fireplaces and outdoor lounge space. No pets allowed, non-smoking.

Pools are open for you from 9 AM till 9 PM
We suggest you come down earlier on Friday to take advantage of

​What is included?

Escape to Historic Nathrop Colorado to unwind in a tranquil Mount Priceton healing hot springs resort.

You will have access to all of the Hot Springs and Saunas: the Soaking Pool and Excercise Pool are directly off the historic bathhouse, the Creekside Hot Springs are along the river, there is a new Infinity Pool, and my personal favorite, the Club Spa Springs Pool.

Two (2) Morning Mat Pilates Classes with Lana June Health.

Complimentary Cross Country Skis or Snowshoe Rentals. Depending on the snow level.

There is a variety of dining options available with allergy-modified options available.

No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises. Those who want to partake must be mindful of consumption due to the elevation and the heat of the springs.

What I will have to pay for on my own?

Transportation to Buena Vista, CO and around town. Carpooling can be arranged from the Denver area.

You will be responsible for paying for your meals. Lana will be providing a charcuterie board on Friday night in the Conference Cabin and a light breakfast before Pilates on Saturday and Sunday morning. There is a restaurant on-site for Saturday night group dining, a juice bar, and a general store for snacks.

Any Spa service of your choice. Best to be reserved on Saturday from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM​

What if I can no longer attend?

More than 30 days before the retreat: If you can no longer attend, a full refund is available if you cancel before January 11, 2025. If you cancel after January 11, 2025 and before February 11, 2025, an 80% refund is available. If you cancel after February 11, 2025 and before March 11, 2025, a 60% refund is available.

30 days or less before the retreat: If you cancel after March 11, 2025, no refund is available.
What should I bring?
-
Colorado clothing: light layers and a coat, a stocking cap for the hot springs at night or if it is snowing. Spring in Colorado, we may never know the weather.

Water bottle: please be mindful of how much the hot springs can wipe you out physically; drinking water and resting will benefit your experience.

Bathing suit, towel, and flip flops for the pools; sunscreen and sun-blocking hat.

Downtime activities: bring a book or craft, if you like, as I am encouraging personal time alone in your rooms, as needed (you are more than welcome to scroll on your phone, no judgment!) ​​​​​
