Looking for Free Events in Westminster?

On Thursday, October 8th, from 6 to 8pm, the space next door to Pila-Teas turns into an open-air dance floor. It's called 73L, a new event space on the southwest corner of 73rd and Lowell in Historic Westminster, and this is its very first official event. Yay! The Tracers are playing a free concert, so come party.

They're a Denver R&B band made up of some of the best musicians in town, and they play the funky, soulful stuff plus favorite covers. Hear them for yourself here.

What to bring and when to come?

So here's the plan. Grab a lawn chair or a blanket, bring the family (all ages are welcome), and wear your dancing shoes. It's free. The party starts at 6:00 p.m., the music kicks off at 6:30 p.m., and a food truck will be parked right there, so come hungry. Then get your groove on.

Stop in at Pila-Teas during the concert.

My door will be open all night. If you've ever walked past the Penguin Building and wondered what's inside, come find out. I'll show you around the studio, the Victorian tea bar, and the art on the walls, and you can try a tea sample while you're at it.

If Pilates has been sitting on your someday list, I'll be running a New Client Special during the event, so come say hi.
